Questions suppliers ask
When do I get paid?
When a couple pays a deposit or milestone it shows as secured in your hub. The expected release is 7 days after the event if no problem is reported, less our commission.
What if a couple cancels?
Your cancellation policy is part of every quote, so refunds follow the terms the couple accepted. Disputes are reviewed by our team with both sides heard.
Can I list more than one category?
Yes. Choose a main category and up to two more. Each one is checked, priced and listed on its own, and couples see you once in their shortlist.
What do I need to apply?
Public liability insurance, any trade licences your work needs (for example food hygiene, alcohol, SIA or transport), 10 photos (5 for some trades) and your VAT number if you're registered.
Can I take bookings outside Planned Memories?
Your existing clients are yours. Couples you meet through Planned Memories book through Planned Memories for 12 months, which keeps your payments protected and our fees fair.
How long does approval take?
We aim to complete each check within 2 working days: the first check after you apply, then the final check once your profile is ready.
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. Once you're approved you get a personal link in Tools & alerts. When a supplier you refer is approved and goes live, you get 3 extra months at the founding rate.
Founding rate is open to every supplier who joins now.
